Sutton Gardens - Open Garden for NGS
The Old Baptist Chapel is a garden created around an C18 building converted to a family home. It inc the adjacent burial ground. The emphasis is on year-round interest and minimal maintenance. 61 High Street is a tiny shaded garden with a host of features: interesting trees, herb and vegetable plots, water features, a greenhouse, boxes for birds, bats and bugs, and a large collection of acers. 87 The Row is a spacious family garden with pergola, herbaceous beds, shrub border, mature native trees, vegetable beds and fruit trees. 89 The Row is an informal garden on a slight slope with a variety of planted areas inc mature trees, shrubs, fernery, herbaceous, a small vegetable plot and a greenhouse. Scented plants are important throughout the garden.
