St Margaret's Allotments, Church, Churchyard & Centre - Open Garden for NGS
Almost 100 allotments against the spectacular backdrop of Durham Cathedral, with the chance to speak to gardeners, many using organic methods. Six acre churchyard rich in nature and history, with 500 gravestones plus Commonwealth war graves. Norman church open to visitors. St Margaret's Centre is open to visitors to showcase work supporting mental health and wellbeing, inc a community cafe.
