Penmead Farm - Open Garden for NGS
Situated on the site of an old brick works the property is bordered by over 30 mature oak trees. The garden comprises a woodland and stream (Fontmell Brook) walk, meadows, substantial vegetable garden, orchard, spring fed pond and small semi walled garden. Being on clay soil roses thrive. Views to Pen Hill and Fontmell Down. Some sloping paths and can be wet under foot.
