The Lodge - Open Garden for NGS
3 acre riverside garden created since 1998, specialising in trees and shrubs chosen for their flowers, foliage and form, and embracing a Gothic lodge remodelled in 2016, once part of the Glynn estate. Water garden with ponds, waterfalls and abstract sculptures. Magnolias, camellias, prunus, davidias, paulownias, rhododendrons, azaleas, wisterias and bluebells abundant in early May.
