4 Clyngwyn Road - Open Garden for NGS

The Coal Tip Garden is a small personal space created to help us relax. Its main character is enclosure. It is not a flowery garden but is formed out of shrubs and trees- a tapestry with niches being cut in order to place sculpture and to produce a visual rhythm. A key philosophy is using native perennials and repetitive planting leading the eye through the space to the studio.
