Porthill House - Open Garden for NGS
The garden at Porthill House is approx 1½ acres in size and framed by high brick walls and mature trees, inc a redwood believed to be over 300 years old. The large central lawn drops down from the house to give an extended view over the whole garden. Gravel paths lead all around, alongside deep, mature borders, through areas of formal topiary to a small orchard and wildflower area.
