Pylewell Park - Open Garden for NGS
A large parkland garden laid out in 1890. Enjoy a walk along the extensive informal grass and moss paths down to the lakes. These are bordered by fine rhododendron, magnolia and azalea trees. Wild daffodils bloom in March and carpets of bluebells in late April and May. The large lakes feature giant gunnera and are home to magnificent swans. Distant views across the Solent to the Isle of Wight.
