Large, sunny garden with an open aspect and far-reaching views towards the North Downs from the roof terrace. A herbaceous border around a large lawn, cut flower bed, a small woodland area, and a rockery with Mediterranean planting. Old-fashioned roses both at the front and back of the garden. Lovely old Yorkstone and slate paths help divide the garden into smaller, cosier areas.
