Bagtor Mill Gardens - Open Garden for NGS
Bagtor Mill is a C17 corn mill beside the River Lemon surrounded by a wildlife garden with rhododendrons, camellias, ponds, bluebells and massive gunnera. The 21 acres of ancient woodland that joins the garden in a steep valley follow the old packhorse track made by charcoal burners. Opposite is Lemon Cottage with a spring-fed pond, a Japanese-inspired garden and 14 acres of woodland with views across Dartmoor.
