Pershore Gardens - Open Garden for NGS
Most years about 15 gardens open in Pershore. This small town has been opening gardens as part of the NGS for 50 yrs, almost continuously. Some gardens are surprisingly large, well over an acre, while others are courtyard gardens. All have their individual appeal and present great variety. The Abbey and the River Avon are some of the many points of interest in this market town. Tickets, which take the form of a wristband, map and garden descriptions, are valid for both days. They can be purchased before the event at 19 Whitcroft Road, WR10 1EN or at the Town Hall. On the Sunday they can be bought at Number 8 Community Arts Centre in the High St and any open garden.
