Half-term Drawing Workshop: Expressionist Bugs and Beetles
The Expressionists are known for their bold use of bright colours to reflect emotion and feeling - In this workshop we will examine how they did this and recreate their techniques with a range of drawing materials and papers to express our feelings on the page while taking inspiration from the myriad wonderful bugs and beetles that exist on the planet! Bring along a picture or photo of your favourite bug if you can!
What to bring:
All the materials are included. Please bring with you a snack or change for the cafe, and a bottle of water. There will be a break to eat your snack during the workshop. Please wear old clothes and bring an apron!
