All Aboard Future Tech

Code. Create. Navigate.
Step into a hands-on adventure where curiosity takes the helm and future technology comes to life. Across a series of playful, interactive stations, families can explore the innovations shaping the Royal Navy of tomorrow - through coding, creativity, robotics and real-world problem solving.
From cracking secret messages to designing next generation ships, this is your chance to dive deep into the world of technology in a way that’s fun, imaginative, and brilliantly accessible.
What’s On:
CODE: Can AI Crack the Code - Create your own secret message using symbol coding and an LED matrix. Then put Artificial Intelligence to the test - can it decode what you’ve created?
CREATE: Design the Ship of Tomorrow – Families work together to imagine, sketch and shape the Royal Navy vessel of the future. What will power it? What missions will it take on? Let your creativity set the course.
NAVIGATE: DCTO Test Lab Robotics Challenge - Take control of a programmable robot and guide it across the seabed. Collect intel on five cutting-edge DCTO technologies and complete your mission with precision and skill.
Plus: 3D Print Hub - Watch future tech appear layer by layer as our 3D printer runs throughout the day, creating special take home tokens for visitors.
