New homes on show and advice from the experts this weekend in Oldham

TWO new homes will be opening their doors to the public at an Open House event in Diggle this Saturday and Sunday (February 7 and February 8).

The event will be held at Redrow’s Broadstone Manor development, located off Huddersfield Road, and will be attended by advisors from agents New Home Solutions, who can support buyers with a property to sell.

Redrow’s Help to Sell scheme makes the process of selling an existing property simple, as Redrow will work with agency partners to manage much of the process on the customer’s behalf.

The team of experts will also be offering free advice on securing a mortgage and conveyancing, as well as Part Exchange, an alternative scheme available on selected plots, whereby Redrow acts as a cash buyer for their customer’s existing home.

The event is also a great opportunity to find out more about Broadstone Manor, the surrounding area and the homes available.

Two new properties will be opening their doors, with potential buyers able to view the four-bedroom Henley and five-bedroom Hampstead. These Readymade homes are energy efficient, brand new properties, with a high specification interior chosen by Redrow’s interior designers, including carpets and flooring throughout, saving buyers thousands.

Steve Jackson, regional sales director at Redrow, said: “Our experts will be available to advise all potential buyers, from first time buyers to rightsizers. Visitors can enjoy a full weekend of free, no-obligation advice to help them get moving – with no appointment needed.”

Broadstone Manor is an eight-acre development split into two parcels. It will eventually feature 70 properties with a selection of one, three, four and five-bedroom homes all built in natural stone. Current prices are from £176,000 to £810,000.
