Sound baths are so called because participants are lying down, immersed in sound. The sounds wash over you, inducing a meditative, relaxed state (there is no water involved). The effect is difficult to describe, you really need to experience it to appreciate it's depths. If you're new to sound therapy it is important you read all of this information before booking.
I mainly use gongs, with some other instruments such as chimes, singing bowls, seed shakers, and perhaps even an occasional drum.
