The Purley Rock Choir is led by singer/pianist Valerie Turnbull. We support a number of local good causes, raising money and awareness around Surrey and as a choir we also join up with other branches of Rock Choir to support national charities such as Comic Relief, Missing People and Refuge with flash mobs, fundraising events and concerts.
Every week local people like you attend group rehearsals and learn pop, rock, Motown songs in 3 part harmony. Like the sound of that? Here is a quote about our choir - 'I spend many hours every day driving and in meetings. It's often quite a struggle to get to Rock Choir and I often don't really feel like making the effort.
