In 2026, Julie July will be releasing her fourth original album – a body of work that moves beyond homage to capture the essence of 70s folk-rock while re-imagining it for the 21st century. The new songs are rooted in tradition yet boldly forward-looking, blending classic inspiration with modern songwriting, contemporary themes and fresh musical textures. With influences from Fleetwood Mac, Fairport Convention, Steeleye Span, Strawbs and Richard & Linda Thompson, the Julie July Band deliver uplifting sets filled with harmony, heart and dynamic musicianship.
