String Quintets & Art

Founded in 2008, the Jigsaw Players’ Concert Series is based in Wimbledon/Raynes Park, performing world-class chamber music and jazz concerts as well as bringing educational projects around Merton in the strive to making music accessible to all.

For this concert newly renamed “String Quintets & Art”, we will be joined by Alison Clarke, Wimbledon-based landscape-artist who was chosen to appear in Sky’s “Landscape Artist of the Year 2026” show.

She has also been shortlisted by the Royal Academy and the West England Academy for her painting ‘Ever Mine’, a painting inspired by Wimbledon Common.

Alison will display her art around the church which you will be able to admire before the concert and at the interval.
