Louise Rogan is an accomplished British folk singer-songwriter and musician from Manchester, celebrated for a voice described as having a sparkling, glassy and crystalline tone. Her music blends traditional folk favourites with deeply personal, self-penned compositions, centred around themes of family, homecoming, and storytelling.
While she is well known for her partnership with her father, Chris Rogan, Louise has now released her debut solo album, Give Me A Day, in 2025, produced by the renowned musician Michael McGoldrick. The album features 11 tracks that showcase her pure and soaring vocals alongside her skills on the piano.
Her earlier work includes the collaborative album Things That Matter with her father, which received critical acclaim for its mix of traditional and original songs.
Louise brings her warm and beautifully written live show to “Folk At The Fox”, where it is suited perfectly to our intimate venue. Louise’s music style is gentle, engaging and spectacular to watch.
