The Cloth That Binds with exhibition artist Barbara Long
A mindful, creative workshop with artist and art therapist Barbara Long exploring our relationship with domestic fabric and how bound up this is with our ideas about home and family.
Participants will be encouraged to express themselves freely using domestic fabrics and will also be introduced to the calming effects of wrapping, binding and darning techniques.
All materials are provided but attendees are asked to bring some old domestic fabric of their own (piece of old sheet, teatowel, flannel etc).
