The Village Fete and Dog Show at Bignor Park
It promises to be a fun filled day out for children, adults and dogs in the beautiful location of Bignor Park.
We have many exciting attractions including a fun Dog Show and a Dog Agility Demonstration by Billingshurst Dog Training Club. The Petworth Town Band, the Fishbourne Mill Morris Dancers.
If you fancy a savoury bit to eat we are selling tasty sandwiches in the Stable Cafe with Hog Roast Baps, Hot Dogs and Burgers provided by Sophie’s Kitchen,
For something sweeter we have homemade cakes in the Stable House Cafe and Ice Cream from De Luca’s.
Pimms, local beers, wine and soft drinks also available.
Stalls include Plant Sales, Floral arrangements and children’s headpieces by Charlotte Johnston and Wrought Iron Garden Supports and Bird Feeders by MadebyAndy. We have a Tombola, a Grand Raffle and a Silent Auction. Vintage Clothes, Second hand Books and Bric a Brac. Gifts & Interiors from Country Artisan Interiors and the ever popular Aladdin’s Cave Antiques in the Stable Yard. Homemade cakes for sale by Bignor Bakehouse and Bignor Apple Juice.
Children can enjoy Punch and Judy, Coconut shy, Welly wanging, Golf putting, Splat the rat, Egg throwing. And lots and lots more!
All proceeds go towards the repair and upkeep of our five Norman and Saxon Churches at Bignor, Sutton, Barlavington, Burton and Coates.
