Spring into Medmerry

Join our enthusiastic and friendly team of guides for a walk from Earnley Car Park to the Slit Pool and beach through the RSPB's Medmerry Reserve created in 2011. It is an exciting time with our summer birds breeding in the habitats created in the reserve. Birds such as Skylarks, Whitethroat, Chiffchaff, Dartford Warbler and Yellowhammer in the fields, trees and hedges with our beach nesting birds such as Avocet, Ringed Plover, Shelduck and Oystercatcher to look out for. Not to mention the reed bed nesting birds - there is a lot to look out for.
