Rushmoor Mayor's Charity Concert
The Hampshire & Surrey Hills Men’s Choir is proud to be performing a concert in aid of the Mayor of Rushmoor’s chosen charity for 2025-2026. The Mayor, Councillor Calum Stewart, is supporting Step Beyond Alderwood. This charitable fund focuses on providing, inspiring, and widening opportunities for pupils at Alderwood School in Aldershot, including supporting STEM workshops, outdoor adventures, and creative masterclasses.
The concert promises to provide an enjoyable programme that ranges from show tunes and folk songs to male voice standard anthems.
The Hampshire & Surrey Hills Men’s Choir are a non-auditioned group of men from across Hampshire, Surrey and Berkshire who come together for the joy of singing in a male voice choir and raising money for local good causes. As well as the full choir, their concerts feature their own semi-chorus and soloists, and often include guest performers sharing the stage. Their repertoire covers a range of styles, such s traditional male voice pieces, folk songs, show tunes and popular song arrangements.
