Meditations for Mental Health & Wellbeing
Happiness and unhappiness are feelings, a part of our mind, and when we improve our understanding of this, we will start to move towards a truly happy mind, free from suffering. A simple yet profound, tried and tested set of meditations can start us on this journey.
Buddhist Meditation Classes.

In these classes we will be learning how training in the mind of love, the wish for others to be happy, not only brings us closer to other and fosters harmonious relationships, but actually reduces our own unhappiness. When our sometimes hampering sense of self-concern starts to be “burnt away” with these practical meditations, our mood will lift and we will experience the space in our mind to be able to care for our own wellbeing in a very positive and helpful way. This not only helps us, but others too. Everyone will benefit from our engaging in these powerful medBudfgiitations.

These classes are suitable for everyone, no previous experience necessary. Starts at any time, each class is self-contained. Everyone is welcome.
