Feelings Factory is a fun, interactive workshop designed to help boys aged 7-11 understand and manage big emotions through drama, movement and creative activities.
They will take part in engaging games, expressive performance, and collaborative activities that build confidence, emotional awareness, and communication skills. The workshop also includes opportunities for the boys to take part in short filmed creative pieces, helping to share positive messages about wellbeing with other young people.
Delivered by Actively SeeK.I.N.G. in partnership with The Gracefully Empowered Toolkit and supported by Newham Council and by using public funding by the National Lottery through Arts Council England.
