The Yellow Perils Leeds' Little Known Trolleybuses

Do you know what a trackless is, or what the Railless Traction Company made? Join us for a Pie & Pea Supper and find out about the short lived Leeds trolleybus system. This illustrated talk by Alan Whitrick will discuss the first of its kind in Britain; it started on the 20th of June 1911, the same day as Bradford’s, and ran till 1928.
Come along to Bramley Villagers Community Club, Broad Lane, LEEDS LS13 2HF
at 7.45pm on Thursday April 23rd and enjoy a delicious portion of pie & peas (or a vegie pasty), but remember this is a pre-booked event.
If you don't want pie & peas it'll cost you £6 on the door, no pre-booking necessary.
