Family Fun Day
The Jarman Centre is normally used by Girlguiding, Scouting, schools and other community groups but one day a year we open our 18 acres of woodland to the general public for a family fun day.
Learn some traditional bushcraft skills and make s'mores, try your hand at archery, trampolining, circus skills and garden games – plus trails and scavenger hunts.
Indoors you'll find a selection of crafts and a cafe with snacks and lots of homemade cakes.
There's also a tombola and souvenir shop.

We're open 10am to 4pm. Entrance for children, including activities is £4, £5 if you want a badge. Accompanying adults FREE. Archery is an additional fee of £3 per person.
