Rewilding Our Cities
This is a collaborative performance between the Ferio Saxophone Quartet and Dew Dance combines the Ferio’s unique eclectic programming style with breathtaking contemporary movement.
Taking Guillermo Lago’s Ciudades (Cities) as its starting point, these musical sketches of cities across the world are woven into flowing movement and poetry, reflecting on the way modern city living and the natural world entwine with one another, considering plants and wildlife reclaiming urban spaces, and the power of embracing and encouraging that remarkable process of rewilding.
