No, the FeckenOdeon isn’t in danger! But in 1993, a hairdresser in Carmarthen, Wales, found herself spearheading a campaign to save the local cinema from closure. Based on a true story, the film shows how people power can prevail over corrupt officialdom - specially if you can get Stephen Spielberg on your side! Samantha Morton plays the hairdresser and the cast includes Rhod Gilbert and Sir Jonathan Price. (UK 2022)
