Get a slice of the action at Centurion Village Part Exchange event

House hunters in Leyland are invited to taste what life could be like at Centurion Village next weekend.

David Wilson Homes will be hosting a special Part Exchange event on Saturday, 2nd May, from 11am to 4pm, where local pizza specialists, The Proper Pizza Co, will be serving fresh, complimentary slices to visitors.

Taking place at the Midge Hall development, the event will give visitors the chance to learn more about the developer’s Part Exchange scheme, which could help them move home with less stress and fewer delays.

Designed to make moving easier, Part Exchange allows David Wilson Homes to act as a guaranteed buyer for a customer’s existing property, helping to remove complicated chains and provide greater certainty when purchasing a new home. The homebuilder is currently offering its 105% Part Exchange scheme on selected homes, meaning customers could receive 5% over market value for their homes (based off two valuations).

Part exchange experts and an independent financial advisor will be on hand throughout the day, alongside the experienced sales team, to explain how the scheme works, discuss mortgage options and answer any questions buyers may have on the available homes.

Jennifer Burns, sales director at David Wilson Homes North West, said: “Part Exchange is a brilliant option for buyers who already have a home to sell and want to simplify their next move. It removes much of the uncertainty that comes with chains and allows purchasers to focus on choosing the right home for them.

“We wanted to make this event relaxed and welcoming, so visitors can enjoy a slice of pizza from a fabulous local company while chatting with our team and finding out how straightforward a move to Centurion Village could be.”

Centurion Village is set in the heart of the Ribble Valley, surrounded by open countryside while remaining well-connected. A range of three and four-bedroom homes is currently available, priced from £255,000 to £457,000.
