LVP Summer Show - Disney's FROZEN - the West End Musical
Performance dates and times:
• Friday 10th July at 6:30pm
• Saturday 11th July at 2pm and 6:30pm
• Sunday 12th July at 10:30am (relaxed performance) and 3pm
Suitable for all ages, tickets cost £12 for Adults and £7 for Children and are available from www.ticketsource.co.uk/lvp or by calling 07864 715708. Refreshments can be pre-ordered or purchased on the day and contactless payments are available. This year we are raising money for Friends of Launton Parish Hall.
Our performance at 10:30am on Sunday 12th July will be a relaxed performance, aimed at those who might require a more relaxed environment. The show will be exactly the same but will involve the following adaptations:
• Music will be turned down and there won’t be any very loud bangs.
• A small chill-out space will be provided.
• A visual story will be made available before the show.
• The main characters will be introduced before the show begins.
• The cast and crew will have an open attitude towards audience noise and movement.
The show will be held in our pop-up theatre at Hare Leys Farm, just over a mile outside of Launton (postcode OX26 5AB). Parking and ample toilet facilities are available, and the theatre is accessible for those with mobility restrictions. Seating is sold on an allocated seating plan, and seats will be provided (so no need to bring garden chairs as in previous years). All seats are on the level.
