The Revel Puck Circus lands in Cambridge with its brand new production A Glimmer Daze Gambit, pitching the big top at Midsummer Common, Cambridge CB5 8DJ from Thursday 21 to Sunday 24 May 2026.
Part of the company’s first ever large scale touring season, A Glimmer Daze Gambit is a joyful contemporary circus show about hope, arrival and community. Follow clowns Stella and Kit as they finally reach their dream home, a circus.
Desperate to join the troupe and having never seen a circus before, they’ve packed everything they think they might need. What follows is a mischievous ride where mistakes become magic and belonging is built together.
Dive into a high octane, story led big top experience packed with world class acrobatics, bold theatricality and a big dose of heart. This is contemporary circus with a warm welcome and a playful sense of connection, with light fourth wall moments and audience participation that is always optional.

A collective of grassroots London based and international circus artists from Argentina, the USA, Ethiopia, and Canada

Seating and arrival:
Seating is allocated. Doors open 30 minutes before the show. Latecomers will be admitted at a suitable time.

Revel Puck Circus is committed to accessibility. All performances are semi relaxed, meaning audiences are welcome to move, take breaks, and re enter with front of house support.
The show is largely non verbal and conveyed through mime, clowning and acrobatics, making it a brilliant gateway cultural experience for audiences of all ages and particularly welcoming for families with special educational needs and disabilities.
