The 30th Fircroft Summer Art Exhibition

Once again this June, artist and former art school head Frank Taylor and his wife Christine invite you to their home, Fircroft, an early Victorian house set in a mature wooded garden, tucked away on Albury Heath.

Paintings, sculptures, ceramics, glass and jewellery by artists from all parts of the country have been chosen and displayed by Frank and Christine. Many of the artists are well-known in their part of the country, some are nationally and internationally recognised, whilst others are still at the outset of their careers.

Fircroft’s garden was planned and planted in Victorian times, and contains many coniferous and deciduous trees, including a Giant Redwood, an Atlantic Pine, a Douglas Fir, Yews, Oaks, and several more species. The lawns and re-wilded areas provide excellent spaces to display a range of animal, bird and plant form sculptures in metals and stone.

If you have been before, you will look forward to visiting again. If it’s the first time, you are in for a treat!
