Evening Talk at The Elms: 'Crooked Cosham'

Join us at The Elms, Old Bedhampton for an evening talk by Nigel Gossop: 'Crooked Cosham'
This illustrated talk People, Places and Stories of 'Crooked Cosham' is written and presented by local history researcher Nigel Gossop, was written to commemorate the 90th anniversary of Cosham Library in 2025.
The talk covers an early history of Cosham and using a collection of old photographs, postcards and images, takes you on an entertaining, nostalgic look around just some of the places, the people and the stories that have shaped the Cosham of today. Learn about the tale, dating back 300 years of where and how the phrase ‘Crooked Cosham’ was born.

The event will be held in The Waterloo Room, The Elms, 2 Lower Road, Old Bedhampton, PO9 3LH. Tickets are available from the Trust Manager via email or call: 023 9248 4444.
