WUTHERING HEIGHTS Emerald Fennell's controversial film

Emerald Fennell's provocative reinterpretation of Emily Brontë's novel starring Margot Robbie & Jacob Elordi.
Brontë's passionate and tumultuous love story is set against the backdrop of the Yorkshire moors, exploring the intense and destructive relationship between Heathcliff (Elordi) and Catherine Earnshaw (Robbie). With an iconic soundtrack penned by Charli xcx and sumptuous costuming from Oscar®-winning Jacqueline Durran that would make even Barbie blush, draped in vibrant silks and Gothic broodiness although it strays from the novel it “captures the Brontë vibe with style and emotional panache.”
A bold and original imagining of one of the greatest love stories of all time, “it might not be the stuff of high literature but it is a visually vibrant pleasure..” Critics have loved it and hated it – it's been the most divisive movie of the year so far – judge for yourself by coming to see it!
