Tythrop Park Open Garden
Tythrop Park in Kingsey is a captivating 17th-century estate surrounded by 50 acres of gardens and parkland. Historic charm blends with modern design, from sweeping avenues and immaculate hedging to calm, open views. The standout walled garden, redesigned by landscape architect Robert Myers, features a formal pool garden, herbaceous borders, a cutting garden and an oak-framed arbour of rambling roses.
Near the house, elegant parterres, ponds, cloud-pruned topiary and sculptural touches create a welcoming mix of structure, beauty and atmosphere, an inspiring garden to explore. Afternoon musical entertainment will be courtesy of St Mary's Brass.
