Great news for dog-lovers: Yorkshire’s favourite dog-first celebration is returning to Harewood House on 12th and 13th September 2026. Presented by Agria Pet Insurance, DogFest on the Farm is bringing back your four-legged best friend’s favourite weekend of high-energy activities, this time joined by special guest chef James Martin.

A true celebration of all things canine, the event schedule is packed full of events and enrichment to share with your pup alongside delicious local food, Yorkshire makers, and entertaining displays.

DogFest on the Farm is a day of fun and fresh air for all ages, with activities including:
• James Martin’s Kitchen Theatre – with live cooking demonstrations plus practical dog nutrition advice, James Martin’s love of food, farming, and the great British outdoors is not to be missed
• Breed Meet-Ups – a relaxed opportunity to socialise your dog and make new connections before heading back out to explore
• The Agria Fun Dog Show – a playful competition celebrating our beloved best friends
• The Giant Ball Pit – a lively play area built for digging, diving, and burning energy
• Dogstacle Course – with obstacles inviting dogs and owners to take on a series of challenges as a team, at your own pace
• Hay Bale Hurdles – a countryside challenge for pups of all shapes and sizes
• The Agria Big Dog Walk – a chance to wander through open fields and enjoy the glorious local scenery
• Dog Agility – work together to take on this course designed for all abilities, enhancing your bond while building confidence and coordination

Even better, DogFest on the Farm ticket holders can access Harewood House at a reduced entry fee of just £5 per person on the day of their visit.

For an even more relaxed day out, premium DogFest Plus upgrades cost £35 and offer fast-track entry, premium parking, and access to the Plus Paddock where there will be exclusive Q&As with James Martin as well as a covered seating area, dedicated concierge, toilets, and a private chargeable bar.
