Back by pup-ular demand, Doggie Day returns to Whiteley this Saturday (23rd May), with the free event promising a fun-filled day for dogs, their owners, and anyone looking for a great day out.
Running from 11am – 4pm, there’s plenty for pooches to get involved in, including high-spirited agility runs and fun competitions. Categories like Wag¬giest Tail, Best in Agility and Best Trickster are open to dogs of all shapes, sizes and personalities – whether they’re seasoned pros or just in it for the treats.
Visitors can sniff out stalls across the centre, including natural dog treats from The Spoiled Spaniel, expert tips given from dog behaviour and training specialists, and accessories including portable dog showers from Petacarium.
For those looking to take home a keepsake, owners will also be able to snap up a beautiful paw-trait of their furry friend captured by local, professional photographer Lasting Impressions by Lucy. Plus, Guide Dogs Charity will once again be hosting their popular tombola, with all proceeds made on the day going towards the charity’s incredible work supporting people with site loss across the local community to live the life they choose.
And when it’s time to paws and refresh, pups can enjoy a free Puppaccino from Starbucks, whilst dog-friendly ice-cream will also be available to purchase at the on-site ice cream van.
