A Wave of New Summer Street Food Arrives at Trinity Kitchen
Step into summer with fresh flavours and sunshine-ready bites at Trinity Kitchen as a sizzling selection of new vendors arrive.
From authentic Sri Lankan dishes to classic crispy fried chicken burgers, the latest line-up is set to serve up something for every foodie this summer.
Guests can soak up global flavours from the likes of Ayubowan, Rico, Chicken Bandits, Fat Cat Bao and Masri, from today (Monday 1st June) for the next 8 weeks.
Making a splash this season is Rico, cooking up fusion dishes with their perfectly golden empanadas stuffed with tender meats, traditional flavours and oozing melt-in-the-mouth cheese that will leave you wanting more.
Turning up the heat is Ayubowan, bringing a slice of Sri Lanka to Leeds, with favourites including Parriphphu Vadai – spicy deep-fried lentil & onion fritters – and Nasi Goreng, packed with bold flavours and topped with chicken, prawn or beef and garnished with fresh garlic and chillies.
Beat those heatwave cravings with mouth-watering Nashville Fried Chicken from Chicken Bandits. From juicy and tender chicken burgers to loaded fries and saucy wings, it’s the perfect summer pit stop.
Enjoy a taste of Asia with Fat Cat Bao, rolling out fluffy and airy bao buns loaded with chicken or tofu and layered with pickled onion and tangy sauces.
And finally, Trinity Kitchen favourite Masri is back and making waves with their Egyptian Koshary dish, brimming with pasta, fried rice vermicelli and brown lentils and topped with chickpeas and a garlicky tomato sauce. Masri is also treating guests to falafel burgers and succulent ribeye kebabs drenched in Tahini sauce and Egyptian spices.
