The local Telford choir is run by choir leader Rowan Richards. The choir is for all ages and all the local Shropshire branches of Rock Choir, like ours come together to do incredible events like the 20,000 seat O2 Arena and Guinness World Record attempts (the choir members have 3 world records!) and community events too like the local Shropshire music and food festivals.
We attend weekly rehearsals where you learn pop, rock, Motown songs in 3 part harmony. Like the sound of that? Rock Choir is a winner of the Red Ribbon 'Big Heart' Award. and holds 1 former and 2 current Guinness World Records. The choir is also credited with single handedly starting the contemporary choir movement.
