Join Georgie and Kwame for an introductory Acro workshop where you’ll learn the fundamentals of building a safe and supportive partner practice. Rooted in Yoga, partner acrobatics, and Thai massage, AcroYoga is all about trust, connection, and play. In this session, you’ll explore core poses, partner drills, and the essential principles of safety and consent while experiencing the roles of base, flyer, and spotter. By the end, you’ll be flying in basic inversions and building the strength, coordination, and confidence to progress into flowing sequences—plus enjoy a relaxed jam session to play, connect, and ask questions.
