Wild Saplings: Home Education Group (children aged 4-7 years)
Monday 7 September – Monday 12 October
Wild Saplings is a forest school group for Home Ed children aged 4–7, offering an inclusive outdoor space shaped by the six Forest School principles. Children explore Gatton Park’s woodlands and habitats, develop holistic skills, take supported risks and follow their own interests. Sessions run every Monday from 1–3pm and are designed for children and their adults to learn together, with fireside snacks and occasional foraging. This half term is a six week block starting Monday 7th September: £90 per child or £150 for two siblings. These sessions are ideal for children aged 4-7 years (equivalent to Reception and KS1), offering a chance to learn and explore together in a supportive outdoor setting. Children attend with their grown-ups—it’s a shared experience, not a drop-off activity. If you would like a trial session or have any questions please contact education@gatton-park.org.uk.
