St Michael and All Angels Church, Colehill - A Caroe Art and Crafts Gem
Heritage Open Day: An unique Dorset Arts and Crafts period church with a Scandinavian twist! Discover St Michael's Church, which was designed by W D Caröe, an eminent Arts and Crafts ecclesiastical architect. There are many fascinating architectural features and some unusual art and sculpture.
On your visit there will be;
• A chance to see an exhibition of other examples of the architect's work
• On display, some of the Church's needlework
• Linger and look round our environmentally friendly grounds.
• If you visit on Saturday 12th then we are running our regular Coffee Morning in the Church from 10am to 12pm.
• If you visit on Wednesday our church serves Morning Coffee and Light Lunches in the Church Centre from 11am to 1.30pm.
