Heritage Open Day: Recently renovated Waterloo House has become a beautiful Kadampa Meditation Centre. On 20 September we are offering free meditation sessions and historic building tours. Also enjoy the World Peace Cafe and bookshop - everyone Welcome. Everybody is welcome to this special building in the heart of Leeds. All ages and walks of life are welcome to explore, sample the free meditation sessions, check out the beautiful meditation room (former grand ballroom) and visit the café and bookshop.
There will be drop-in meditation sessions including children's activities, and tours of the historic building.
