Arrivals: Coventry’s Living Memories
Heritage Open Day: Arrivals: Coventry’s Living Memories shares the filmed memories of Coventry residents whose journeys were shaped by Partition, war, displacement and migration. Through specially recorded interviews, contributors will share personal memories connected with events including the 1947 Independence and Partition of India, the division of Punjab and Bengal, the 1971 Bangladesh Liberation War, migration from East Africa and other experiences of displacement and migration.
