Heritage Open Day: Members of the public will be able to view the inside of the Town Hall, built in 1811, including the Council Chamber and the Mayor's Parlour. Knowledge of the town's history etc will be shared by a 'Tour Guide'. Wisbech Town Hall is a Grade II Listed building, constructed in 1811.
The Town Hall contains a Council Chamber, where the Town Council holds meetings of the authority and delivers civic events and displays civic regalia another historical items. Adjacent to the Council Chamber is the Mayor's Parlour; this room contains framed photographs of the current Mayor and all of the council's former Mayors, plus other items of civic significance.
Knowledge of the town's history etc will be shared by a 'Tour Guide'.
