Heritage Open Day: Come and enjoy a visit to Barrington Court. Explore beautiful gardens & historic orchards, farm buildings, avenues and the ground floor of Strode House, the historic stable block, which was converted into the Lyles' family home in the 1920s. Explore Barrington Court for free from 14th-18th September and discover information about the history of the two houses, farmyard and estate. Visit the ground floor of Strode House, the historic stable block which was converted into a family home by the Lyles, and the farmyard, which includes our interactive vintage tractor. The gardens are open and will be transitioning from late summer to early autumn colour, Beagles café is open for refreshments and the Book Barn is open and full of pre-loved books to choose from.
