Mayer Hall, the Old Free Library, and Mayer Park were gifted for the lasting benefit of the people of Bebington. Forming part of the 1886 Mayer Legacy, they declined between 1974 and 2014. Their story now reflects the continuing effort to restore these valued buildings and return them to community use.
