St John’s Chamber Orchestra (conductor: Nigel Wilkinsn), returns to Norden Farm with a wide-ranging programme, framed by two celebratory works.

Saint-Saens Introduction and Rondo capriccioso -Yume Tomita (violin)
Florence Price Andante moderato for strings
Mozart Symphony No.41 (Jupiter)
Zimbabwean virtuoso Arthur Kokeraihas trained in Moscow and London and will be a perfect match for Beethoven’s sparkling First Concerto; while British-Japanese violinist Yume Tomita will be the soloist in Saint-Saens’ scintillating showpiece, Florence Price’s heartfelt movement for strings provides a moment of respite before Mozart’s magnificent Jupiter Symphony.
