Winter is coming! Join our relaxing, fun festive workshop to make sustainable handcrafted Christmas decorations...
• Make your own beautiful, unique rag wreath
• Create paper flowers, bookmarks, envelopes and bags
• All materials provided
• Free parking on site
In this cosy winter afternoon workshop, we'll create joyful, sustainable festive rag wreaths from fabric and ribbon to be enjoyed year after year. We'll wrap an upcycled cardboard base with newspaper to shape your wreath, and then cover it in fabric rags of your choice. Materials are provided, and you are welcome to bring any additional fabrics, ribbons, bells etc. to include on your wreath - they are are a fantastic way to use leftover decorations from crackers, flower arrangements or greetings cards that are too nice to throw away, or maybe you'd like to add fabric that contains a special association or memory.
Using pages from books that are scheduled to be pulped, magazines and newspapers, learn to make elegant vintage style flowers, bookmarks (perfect to go with a bookish gift at Christmas!), bags and envelopes, all materials provided for you.
Spaces are limited to 12 so book your spot now to avoid disappointment.
