Feel Good Friday: Yoga in the Painted Hall
Take part in one of our bespoke morning yoga classes in the serene and spectacular surroundings of the Painted Hall. Delivered by experts from Kindred Yoga Studio, these 45-minute Vinyasa Flow classes will allow you to move your body, clear your mind, and start the day with a sense of calm. No previous experience required, this class is open to all levels.
Attendees should bring their own mats to ensure they have one available. However, we do offer a limited number of spare mats for those who might need one on a first come, first served basis. To secure a spare mat, please book in advance by emailing us at events@ornc.org. This way, you can guarantee a mat will be available for you upon arrival.
The Painted Hall is carefully temperature controlled to help preserve its historic interiors and may feel cool, particularly during colder months, so we recommend bringing extra layers or a blanket to stay comfortable during the class. In warmer months, the space can retain heat and may feel warm, especially during periods of hot weather. If you have a medical condition or are sensitive to changes in temperature, please take this into consideration before attending. Changing facilities are available; however, there are no shower facilities on site.
Based in Southeast London and founded by Katarina and Julian, Kindred is where yoga and community meet.
Katarina, a full-time yoga teacher and Julian, a yoga practitioner, have a desire to share their passion with others. Their goal is to create an environment where people can feel at home whilst nurturing their practice.
